Going into the waters on a shaky boat ride is worth to spend a penny. Besides, one can go for a leisurely walk from the beach to the cliff at Varkala. There are numerous trekking trials that make this place a heaven for adventure enthusiasts.
Apart from all the above beach activities, you can also indulge in shopping as there are plenty of shops where you can get many things at reasonable rates. Along with this, there are many food stalls and eating joints across the length of the beach, where you can get tasty Indian snacks and savories.
